For nearly two decades, my email has been queenbee@michellebell.com.
It started as a little inside joke with the universe.
A wink and a crown emoji.

A nod to my role in business and life - running the show, wearing all the hats, handling everything from carpool to client crises with a little mascara (because literally that’s all I have time for) and a lot of caffeine.
But this weekend, something shifted.
Both of my daughters stepped on stage at the Worlds Miss Tourism Scholarship Pageant ... and walked off wearing national titles.

And in that breath, I saw it clear as day: this is what legacy looks like.
